Who Am I?
Alex Tutton (they/them) is a playwright and theatremaker whose creative practice involves exploring the digital world and how it intersects with myth building, accountability and queerness.
After graduating from the University of Wollongong with a Bachelor of Creative Arts (Performance), they wrote and developed plays for UOW’s Performance program writing Teenage Wildlife, Franziska and Lulu, all directed by Chris Ryan. Their work has been performed at Shopfront Arts Co-Op, PACT and KXT. Alex’s writing has been featured in Extra! Extra!, a quarterly newspaper published out of PACT. They have also worked as an artist facilitator at Shopfront and Georges River Council, running theatremaking and editing workshops for young people aged 8-19.
Alex streams their writing process as well as gaming content and is mostly just happy to be here, thank you very much.
